Augmentum Consulting provides business consultancy services to medical and allied health business owners and decision makers. We help them across all areas of their healthcare businesses, from setting up a new practice, to human resource and financial management support, project management, business coaching, and tailored consultancy work.

Because we tailor our services to every client, this is a broad and varied role. You’ll contribute to projects including strategic planning and development, human resource management support, marketing and promotion, and many others. In the process you’ll build a diverse business consultancy skillset, and an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry.
We work with a combination of onsite with clients, in the office and remotely. The role will commence as part time, increasing to full time after 4 weeks.
To be successful in this role it’s essential that you’re looking to grow and develop, working on both team projects and autonomously. You’ll have really well developed written English skills and be a great communicator. You’ll enjoy getting your teeth into challenges, problems and projects, and working toward defined outcomes.
You have a tertiary degree in business, management or a related area of study, and might be a new grad, or have a few years of work experience and be ready to build your business consultancy skills, knowledge and experience. You’re interested in the world around you and what makes things tick.
You’re really well presented with a professional approach and attitude, can work well independently on projects, accept and embrace guidance and direction, and work effectively in a small team.
