About Us

Our firm is well respected and known, operating for over 30 years.  We are  commercially  orientated  with an established clientele and strong referral base. Two managing partners head our team of thirteen.  We offer a range of services with our main emphasis being on Leasing, Property & Business Transactions,  Litigation,  Wills & Probate. 

 

About You

You  hold a law degree and have some experience in commercial leasing and business transactions  either as a paralegal  or  more recently as a graduate/junior lawyer. You have a strong work ethic and eagerness to provide outstanding service to your clients and are looking at establishing a long term relationship in  a boutique firm.

 

Position - What you will do

Assist busy  partner in all aspects of leasing and business transactions including and not limited to assisting with  :

Commercial/retail and non retail leases

Disclosure Statements

Sale and Purchases of Business

Trust Deeds

You will liaise with clients, agents and other legal professionals. 

 

While the majority of your dealings will be in commercial leasing and business transactions you will be exposed to other areas of law such as deceased estates, wills etc  as required.

  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Commercial Leasing

Ideally you have been exposed to Leap software and have some experience in commercial leasing and business matters.
