Havas Media Sydney is looking for a Media Assistant to be part of our rapidly expanding team in a collaborative, fun and supportive media agency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for entry level candidates to get their start in the media industry.

As a Media Assistant, you will work closely with the Account Manager and Account Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our clients.
You will assist in implementation of media campaigns, liaising within the team and with other business units or publishers. You will support the whole team from an invoicing and reporting point of view, exercising excellent attention to detail to get the best outcome for the client and ensure our internal processes run smoothly.
The role requires maturity, a passion for great work and a desire to create something genuinely different. Whilst the below details your main responsibilities, you will be required to take on other projects and champion tools, systems and processes as and when they are identified by more senior team members.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar junior-level role or internship in a media agency environment
- Passion for marketing and delivering meaningful experiences for clients
- Creative yet pragmatic problem solver
- Strong personal drive and motivation
- A positive and proactive approach
