Our client, Burstows Funeral Care, are a well-respected provider of funeral services in the local region who provide their clients, and their families, exceptional care and support every step of the way.

This high level of care extends through to their professional graphic and media services and we are proud to assist them recruiting a talented, compassionate Design and Multi-media Assistant to join their team. 

Role responsibilities:
  • Typing, formatting and development of custom print materials
  • Maintaining website funeral information
  • Preparing photo presentations and canvas prints
  • Tracking projects and timelines
  • Assisting with audio visual and graphic design projects
  • Designing and producing a range graphic design projects e.g. corporate brochures, advertising and support materials
  • This role will also provide back-up for our AV chapel team when required
Skills and experience required:
  • Exceptional speed and accurate typing skills
  • Eye for detail and quality control
  • Self-driven with initiative
  • Work to deadlines
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required
  • Experience in multitasking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Importantly, this role requires impeccable stakeholder communication skills, to ensure understanding of all requirements, while multi-tasking to meet timeframes and deliver on high expectations. 

Attention to detail of the highest order is a must!

This role will also involve assisting with daily planning and monitoring task status and completion throughout the day to meet the needs of our client's  stakeholders and maintain the highest level of service.

Remuneration will be negotiated and based on qualifications and experience.
