Ecovantage are seeking a valuable new team member, an Account Manager, to join their vibrant, close-knit team.
The role of Account Manager is an integral part of the team, where you will be responsible for managing, establishing, and growing sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, partners, and contractors in relation to energy efficiency upgrades. This will include activities in line with Ecovantage’s accreditation under State Based Energy Schemes as well as a strong focus on developing into new activities, reinvigorated activities, and emerging opportunities relevant energy efficiency. Your proactive work ethic and skill for identifying new opportunities will have you pursuing leads with clients, partners, and contractors to generate revenue for the business.
You will engage your excellent formal writing skills and your attention to detail when managing the creation and upkeep of contracts, contract renewals and/or Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with clients, partners, and contractors. Your organisational skills and eye for detail will assist you in performing routine administration such as creating PO’s, estimates and invoices for stakeholders when required, ensuring accurate documentation and communication, conducting field/site audits when required, ensuring projects meet legal requirements in accordance with accreditation and legislation, and ensuring a high level of accuracy in the collection of data and device research. You will guarantee that all processes and procedures are followed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable, including maintaining the minimum job margin.
You will thrive on using your natural interpersonal and communication skills, as well as your ability to build and maintain relationships, by developing mutual respect in delivering timely and accurate communication with integrity to all internal and external stakeholders. Your experience working closely with various stakeholders will be vital when managing relationships with industry partners and when handling all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue. These skills will assist you when providing regular two-way communication between the client and team to demonstrate strong team representation and set proper client expectations. Additionally, this will be beneficial when ensuring client, partner or contractor issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager of any problems that may arise.
Do you have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, managing client’s needs and expectations
- Direct Sales experience
- Knowledge of energy efficiency desirable, yet not essential
