FMG are seeking a Service Desk Consultant to join our Palmerston North based team on a Fixed Term basis for 12 months.
Reporting to the Manager of Service Desk, you will be primarily focused on supporting and maintaining our reliable computing environment to meet the needs of our employees.
In this pivotal role you must be a great communicator who is able to build and maintain positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, as well as being able to provide an exceptional level of operational service and support.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability and knowledge to provide outstanding technical support (ideally Help Desk Level 1 or higher). You must also be a great problem solver, have great attention to detail, effective time management skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels.
You will have a passion for customer service, ensuring our employees needs are met in an agreed timeframe and have a desire to drive improvement within the team and wider organisation. The ideal candidate will also have Service Now administration experience.
