Real Estate Trainee

Location: NSW Regional – Bulli

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at Molenaar and McNeice as a trainee within a close and well established team. This is a full time position that will require an energetic, motivated and suitably presented professional to work at our Bulli office. This is an ideal opportunity to begin your career in Real Estate and see all facets of the business. You will predominately be providing administration support to our Sales team whilst being trained in sales, campaign management and administration. You will be enrolled in the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and provided with 3 hours of study time per week.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, organised individual that makes a strong impression on key contacts. As this is a trainee position previous real estate experience is not essential, however ideally you will need to enjoy working with people and have an eagerness to learn.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will maintain a high level of integrity and work ethic whilst taking a proactive approach to getting the job done. 

 

Essential Criteria

Current Drivers Licence 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Excellent presentation 

Professional and energetic attitude to work 

Computer and Microsoft Office skills 

Attention to detail and a diligent work ethic 

Customer service experience
