New Business Manager

We are looking for a sales guru. Someone who can organise their day to hunt down the next customer while working on the ones already found. A true pipeline builder. Someone who is driven by results and understands that service is EVERYTHING.

Established for almost 20 years in The Hills District, we have been servicing businesses and clubs all over the country, in all industries, providing promotional items, uniforms, clothing and other types of apparel which are decorated in many different ways – including Embroidery, Screen Printing, Vinyl and Sublimation.

Due to recent growth in our company and increasing demand in the market, we are looking to fill the position of a New Business Development Manager.

We are looking for the skills of an experienced BDM who can take our business directly to our potential customers. You will have experience in uniforms or promotional items in some way and must be able to prove your experience in developing new leads and following these through to closed sales. An existing list of contacts would be a big bonus.

You will be equipped with everything you need to deliver the best service and product to our new customers – Car/allowance, laptop, mobile, samples etc.

You would be based out of our Castle Hill office however it would be expected that majority of your time will be out in front of prospective customers. You will have an existing customer database and will be expected to hit the ground running.

We are a tight knit family company who enjoy what we do and the customers we deal with.

This role really creates an open opportunity for the right person to take charge of their day and ensure that a thorough prospect pipeline is created. An eye for detail, ability to get a foot in the door to secure the sale and also to follow up for repeat business are what we are looking for.

Remuneration will be a reflection of experience and what you can deliver. Open ended commission is based on sales closed and margins maintained.

We have recently gone through a rebranding and growth stage in our business and we are investing in our future so we are in a stronger position to better service our customers, we are looking forward to the right person filling this role and joining us for our future.
