We are currently looking for Administration and Claims Assessor Officers to assist our Federal Government client to process claims investigations and determinations as well as liaise with internal and external stakeholders to reach determinations on claims. The client is looking for individuals to join on a contractual basis till June 2022 with the possibility to extend.   

Your main day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and handling claims caseloads
  • Writing case summaries in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Responding to clients in writing and over the telephone

Preferred skills and experience:
  • Experience in handling and maintaining a claims caseload
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to acquire knowledge of relevant legislations and policies
  • Well-developed communication skills (oral and written).
