The role:
Our client is looking for their next Project Manager to join their Group Projects and Business Transformation team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and live their key values – Supportive, Honest, Authentic, Visionary, Fun and #bebetter.

You will work as part of a team and will be responsible for:
  • Full project management life cycle for a national group
  • Testing and delivering training
  • Functional hand-offs
  • Optimisation of processes and efficiencies
  • Cost saving
  • Driving quality improvements
About you:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in project management and an ability to be a self-starter to drive outcomes.

You will also have the following attributes:
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within scope, timeframes, cost and quality measures
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Business acumen and an ability to influence at varying levels
  • Proven experience in managing various projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail as well as the ability to bring together big picture ideas and visions
  • Experience in managing change and business transitions
  • Ability to identify and document Business Change Impacts
  • Ability to identify Project risks and put in place mitigating actions
  • Ability to execute projects with project methodology relevant to the specific project
  • Experience in managing cross functional workshops to identify business needs and complete gap analysis
  • Strong organisational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines without unnecessarily compromising quality
  • The ability to set priorities and professionally ‘push back’ where required
