This leading Australian Consumer and Services business has a strong brand presence and enjoys outstanding growth potential. They have a dynamic, high-performing culture that values teamwork and encourages progression internally and cross-functionally throughout the group. Recently, a tier-one private equity firm has acquired the business and are in the process of growing expanding. On the back of this investment, a Strategy Manager is required to help build one of their most important divisions.

Required Experience:
  • Previous experience working for a tier 1 or big 4 consultancy is essential, this role would suit a first mover.
  • A track record of delivering cross-functional programs is essential.
  • Have exceptional analytics and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
  • High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work according to importance.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to communicate with both internal staff and onsite clients.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem-solving skills.
