We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Assistant Accountant to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fast-paced position that is ideal for someone with prior accounting experience and is looking for their next challenge.
We are a financial services company that specialises in fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary packaging, with a presence across Australia, the UK and NZ.   • Processing of reimbursement requests;
  • Daily/Monthly reconciliation of registration & CTP payments;
  • Reconciliation of fuel AP and AR. Month end fuel reconciliation;
  • Analysis and clearing of all reconciliation items;
  • Administration of bank accounts and daily preparation of internal reports;.
  • Monitor and reconcile the trace account ensuring all rejected payments are  processed;
  • Preparation of scheduled reports and processing of bank transfers;
  • Monitoring and reporting of suspense items and unallocated cash for all client accounts;
  • Preparation and validation of client account statements;
  • Validation of all cash withdrawals requested by clients/employers and employees;
  • GST reconciliations and preparation of company specific GST summaries.
You are an experienced Financial Accountant, ACA/CPA or part - CPA, with proven customer service and communication skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
