As a Commercial Strategy Analyst at Cbus, you’ll work within our newly created Service Strategy team providing valuable insights that contribute to our funds overall strategic and operational plans. Working as part of Cbus’ broader Member & Employer Experience (MEX) division, you’ll influence and support strategic projects led out of the Service Strategy team – that will have a profound effect on the service experience our Members and Employers have.

This role will see you gather data, conduct analysis, generate insights and make recommendations about how to improve commercial outcomes across Cbus’ service operations. This role will see you be directly involved in a wide range of strategic projects and will work closely with key stakeholders across the Fund including representatives from the Finance and Digital, Data & Technology teams.

We’re looking for that special someone who has experience in data analysis, programming, and visualisation within a similar role, within industry or consulting. Exposure to Financial Services, with superannuation experience preferred. In addition to your qualification in a Business or related field, you’ll have highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills – with strong commercial acumen. You’re able to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders, whilst working in a dynamic and changing ‘Greenfields’ environment.
