Australia’s leading taxi network service provider is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Experience Team. Having a positive can-do attitude is essential!

Our 13cabs taxi network is the largest in Australia directly supporting 10,000 vehicles and 40,000 Drivers.  We believe in the importance of accessible, dependable, and equitable transport in the community and are building the team, technology, and brands to support its delivery.
  
As part of our growth, we currently have multiple positions available as Customer Experience Operator.  These are permanent full-time positions working 38 hours per week in our 24x7 call centre based in Woolloongabba. 

The role
As a Customer Experience Operator at 13cabs, you will receive inbound telephone calls in relation to booking services.  It includes maintaining, completing and ensuring relevant documents are accurate and kept up to date. 
  
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Active listening skills
  • A polite and courteous phone manner
  • Customer service orientation
  • High attention to detail with an ability to multitask
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Reliability as a team player and is committed to getting the job done
  • High energy level and stress tolerance
  • Availability to work 24/7 rotating roster
  • Must be a non-smoker/vaper
