An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a part-time Receptionist (Wednesday - Friday). The ideal candidate will be personable, professional and well presented. You should display a strong attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering internal and external calls for a national switchboard;
- Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors;
- Booking meeting rooms;
- Ordering and receiving couriers;
- Incoming and outgoing mail data entry,
- General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required; and
- Catering and function assistance.
Who We Are Looking For
This is a key role. Reception is the face of the firm and the right candidate must be articulate and have excellent presentation and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a vibrant, intelligent receptionist who has confidence within a professional environment. You will have the ability to display initiative, have a good attention to detail and a strong client focus. We require someone with excellent organisational skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Previous experience in a corporate reception is preferred and salary commensurate with experience.
