This position will be tasked with providing key administration and business support to the City’s Recreation Service Team.
You will be responsible for providing officers within the service unit assistance with the coordination and administration of funding programs, support in delivering events and initiatives, answering initial enquiries and general administrative support to the Recreation Services team.
This position is critical in providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
The successful applicant will possess;
- Relevant experience in providing business support.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- A willingness to support the team.
Days/Hours: Part time – minimum 38 hours per fortnight with the opportunity to work additional hours on occasions. The days and spread of hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $57,423 – $62,258 per annum (pro-rata), depending on qualifications and experience.
