Our client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a motivated individual to join their administrative team.

Exciting part time opportunity for at least 3 days a week, 8:00am - 1:30pm (there may be opportunity to extend to more days or extended days).

The duties include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Entering customer orders into a database
  • Entering information from completed production job cards into a database
  • Assisting with the preparing of invoices and customer communications
  • General purchasing activities for the business

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administration/reception experience
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Intermediate computer skills

Initial contract for 2 months with opportunity to extend.
