Our client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a motivated individual to join their administrative team.
Exciting part time opportunity for at least 3 days a week, 8:00am - 1:30pm (there may be opportunity to extend to more days or extended days).

The duties include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting visitors
- Entering customer orders into a database
- Entering information from completed production job cards into a database
- Assisting with the preparing of invoices and customer communications
- General purchasing activities for the business
Skills & Experience
- Strong administration/reception experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
- Intermediate computer skills
Initial contract for 2 months with opportunity to extend.
