We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated PUD Fleet Supervisor.

In this role you will play an integral part in ensuring the parcel fleet are achieving the standards set by XL Express and are consistently meeting customer’s expectations. The role is responsible for managing a fleet of parcel sub-contractors, ensuring effective and efficient planning of daily parcel deliveries, driving company standards in safety, sub-contractor performance and upholding the highest standards in driver and vehicle presentation.

A typical day will be demanding and consists of leading a small team of employees and large contractor workforce; ensuring they are absolutely on point with on-time performance and that all freight is allocated and dispatched and delivered on time.

This is a fast paced role and requires a hands on, flexible and robust approach.


You are highly motivated, well organised and take pride in achieving results. You can engage with various stakeholders, demonstrate a balanced approached to leadership and motivate your team.

You value and drive a safe and positive workplace culture; you are active and engaged in all matters pertaining to OHS.

You will have previous experience in managing drivers, fleet or other similarly related transport teams. You can work to set KPI’s, prepare reports and communicate results to management and other work colleagues.
