Leading Project Home Builder (Ultra Modern Development  Pty Ltd T/as Eagle Homes),Requires the services of a Full-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, to help assist the Office as an all-rounder with daily tasks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting and Greeting visitors/Clients
2. Manage front desk switchboard
3. Setting up meeting rooms & Scheduling in Appointments
4. Answering all incoming calls and responding to emails
5. General Administration Support to our Team and other Duties as required by Management. 

To be successful you will have:

1. Previous experience on a switchboard (preferred)
2. Excellent telephone skills
3. Exceptional Communication (both face to face & over the phone) 
4. Intermediate Computer skills - Word, Excel & Typing etc.
5. Extremely well presented
6. Strong Organisation Skills & High attention to detail
7. Experience in the Residential Building Industry (preferred)
