We are looking for an enthusiastic administration assistant to add to our team to take on a part time role.

About the role

You will be a pivotal member of our team providing support services to the Practice Manger and our team of dedicated professionals. Core duties associated with the role will include: 

  • Reception duties
  • Client intakes
  • Supporting the practice manager with the day to day running of the practice
  • Greeting clients and general customer service
  • Providing administrational support to the clinical team
  • Helping with the smooth running of a busy office

Essential

  • Competence in general administrative duties
  • Relationship management skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Decision making competence and ability to work unsupervised
  • High level communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Excellent grooming

Desirable

  • Experience working in a medical / mental health practice
