Robina Private Hospital is a 90 bed private mental health and general medical hospital, located across from the Robina public hospital. We specialise in the treatment of a broad range of mental health diagnoses focused on positive patient outcomes for both inpatient, day patients.

This is a great opportunity for a friendly experienced Administrator to join our busy main reception team. You would be working within all areas of administration. This will include pre-admissions, admissions & day therapy programs. Other areas may include day surgery admissions and private practice consulting suites. You will have exceptional customer service skills, high attention to detail and competent computer skills. 

Desirable experience: 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ recent experience within a medical or hospital environment. 
  • Experience with WebPas or other medical software programs. 
  • Knowledge of private Health Funds 
  • Administrative experience preferably within a private hospital setting. 
  • Proven computer skills across the full range of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • The administrator is responsible for ensuring that the inpatient and day therapy bookings and admissions run smoothly and efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service. 
  • Ensuring Doctor’s requests are met. 
  • Sensitivity to individual situations. 
  • Answering phones and ensuring a high standard of care and privacy is provided.
