The Role Involves
- Supporting the Property Management Team
- End to End monthly processing
- Receipting & Bank Reconciliation
- Invoice processing
- Diary Management
- Lease Generation
- Co-ordinate Property Maintenance
The Ideal Applicant possesses
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive can do attitude
- Experience with Cloud Based PM software
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Real Estate office environment
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Certificate of Registration demonstrating a commitment to working towards your Class 2 Licence
