We are a highly regarded  Real Estate Agency seeking an Administration Support candidate to join our Property Management Team. 

The Role Involves

  • Supporting the Property Management Team
  • End to End monthly processing
  • Receipting & Bank Reconciliation
  • Invoice processing
  • Diary Management
  • Lease Generation
  • Co-ordinate Property Maintenance


The Ideal Applicant possesses

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Experience with Cloud Based PM software
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Real Estate office environment
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Certificate of Registration demonstrating a commitment  to working towards your Class 2 Licence
