As an Administration Assistant, your role is to undertake administrative tasks to support the Operational teams across Cambridge, Tasmania.
You will work closely amongst an established and professional administrative team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks that are vital to the operational success of the business.
The role would complement a candidate who has a well rounded background in administration and customer service with high level of attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills. Further, the ability to mulit-task, prioritise and adapt quickly to change and competing demands would see you excel in this integral role within the Operations Admin team.
- General Administration experience
- Knowledge and experience within an administrative role based in an operations/logistics environment
- Previous experience in admin reporting and operational analytics
- Ideally competent in G-Suite (google sheets/Excel) and SAP
- Data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A positive can do attitude
- Keen to learn and develop skills
- Adaptable and open to change

Reporting to the Operations Administration Supervisor, you’ll work closely with a small team, as well as various suppliers and contractors. And you’ll learn from them, as much as they learn from you.

While ‘Administration’ is about process and rhythm, you’ll find plenty of variety in your role. In addition to operating the plant, you’ll play a key role in measuring and reporting the facility’s output, maintaining a robust safety culture and identifying more efficient ways of working that don’t compromise safety or quality.

In this role, you’ll be trained across a number of concrete skills for the job in hand. Many of our team leads have continued to progress their career with us, moving into management positions.
