Quest Robina is brand new to the Gold Coast in the stadium precinct of Robina features 104 apartment hotel rooms with dedicated pet-friendly apartments and services.

Quest Robina has exciting opportunities available for hungry and driven individuals to join its dedicated Front Office Team. There will be significant opportunity for those seeking to plant themselves into a team-based environment with opportunities for cross-training and succession into leadership positions if the interest is there.
This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster which contains various shifts between 7AM to 11PM. A driver’s license is essential, an RSA is highly desirable and being a lover of pets – we call on you, animal lovers! 

 

The Role

Involves all aspects of Front Office, including providing professional yet friendly and personalised customer service experiences for our guests! Responding to accommodation enquiries and taking part in the reservation process whilst understanding the unique requirements each traveller needs. Ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk in support of your colleagues. Assisting the Events Coordinator with events and driving our valued guests in our courtesy shuttle van, connecting our guests to fantastic dining options and partners at Robina Town Centre. 
No day is the same that is for sure!

 

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a true passion for customer service whom strives to provide positive experience for all our guests. Strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation with a keen understanding of providing our customers with the answers they need.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, a team player with a kind heart towards animals.

A strong and deep desire within a candidate to serve our customers and the team around them and someone whom is looking to be the very best they can be.
