We believe that our team and culture are our greatest asset, and our biggest growth engine, so we want to make sure this part of the business gets an amazing level of support and attention.

Currently a team of 30, we are looking to grow to a team of 50 by March 2022, and then continue this scaling in line with the company’s growth trajectory.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to make our team and culture the envy of all other workplaces in Australia.

You will be the engineer and builder of the systems, processes and teams that we need to scale our culture.

You will coordinate everything related to Dashdot’s people, including Recruitment and HR functions in alignment with the People & Culture Managers strategy.

You will be proactive, progressive, innovative and inclusive in the way you think, act, and live.

You will have a high degree of action bias, and will love getting things done, and moving fast.

You will be likeable, personable, and be an energy creator, not an energy drainer.

You will coordinate initiatives designed to drive Learning, Leadership and Growth across the entire organisation.

You will implement systems, tools, or programs such as Culture Amp, designed to understand how the team is feeling, how engaged they are, and how their wellbeing is, so that we actively support our team better.

You will implement new hiring processes designed to build on our culture of excellence, and promote inclusivity, using leading edge tools such as Applied to remove cognitive bias.

You will organise regular team and culture days, workshops and events designed to galvanise the organisation, reinvigorate the focus on our mission, and to promote connection across all teams.

You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to be a culture ambassador, and ensure that the team and organisation is living its values daily through our operating principles.

We’re looking for someone who is as obsessed as we are about building an iconic company.

You must have a high ownership mentality, deep comfort with autonomy, confidence in your thought process and willingness to adapt to new information, a hunger for finding the truth, and a desire to help others grow.

This role will likely change and evolve as the company grows, but will always seek to serve our mission to transform the way Australia invests and become the number one property investment company in Australia by the end of the decade.

From day one, you will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, and a lasting influence on our company, and in turn, our clients.
