Job Description:


Elite Survey Services Pty Ltd is a one-stop-shop for surveying & BIM services with over 20 years combined expertise and passion for mastering new technology. We are a firm that is growing at a sustainable rate by sourcing the right specialist surveyors and BIM experts. Elite Survey Services Pty Ltd requires a Digital Engineering Manager. This role is for an experienced motivated engineering professional that possesses the qualities an Elite team member requires.




  • Provide coordination, project management, and guidelines within the different DE and BIM projects.
  • Ensuring the digital deliverables fully comply with the scope of work.
  • Enabling added value through engineering reviews of 3D and 2D data via the use of digital tools.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the design and workflows.
  • Helping to ensure safety and constructability is built into the design by using Software functionality to interrogate the Digital Models and designs.
  • Developing new applications for construction (VR, Augmented reality, 3D Scans, and others). 
  • Liaising effectively with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholders comply with the Project BIM and TfNSW Digital Engineering Standards 
  • Extract data from the models to contribute and support monthly project reporting.
  • Provide advice in the delivery of creative solutions that add value to clients.
  • Ensuring work is carried out within the client’s guidelines and any statutory Guidelines.
  • Ensure responsibilities and outputs are clearly communicated across the project's stakeholders.


Other requirements include:


  • Degree in Engineering;
  • Comprehensive knowledge and at least two year’s working in digital engineering, design, BIM, or similar experience; 
  • Highly driven, motivated, and confident.
  • Takes the time to deliver the daily tasks and projects from start to finish.
  • Ethics based on triple-checking and maintaining the client’s best interests.
  • A clear understanding that new and old methodologies and technologies are innovated, developed, and tested daily within the industry.
  • The ability to take control of projects, to be the solution, and become a team player for our clients. 
  • Excellent time management skills.




  • Full-time;
  • 38 hours per week (additional paid hours as reasonably required);
