Duties and Responsibilities

Community Links Wellbeing (CLW) is seeking full time or part time Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to join our team of passionate, community-minded individuals. Sub-contractor positions are also available for experienced applicants.

CLW is a not-for-profit non-Government community organisation working in Wollondilly, Camden, Campbelltown and Wingecarribee Local Government Areas.

The service supports all members of the community and provides resources to help achieve positive personal and community outcomes through community development, events, groups, workshops, youth programs, crisis support, carer support, family support, Allied Health and Mental Health Services.

The primary role of the Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists within Community Links Wellbeing is to collaborate as part of a team of community service and health professionals to improve outcomes for individuals, families and the community.

These are mixed caseload positions based in the Southern Highlands, Wollondilly and/or Camden and Campbelltown regions. Location of role is flexible based on residence of applicant. A generous training budget and high levels of supervision/mentoring are also provided.

KPI’s are determined based on hours of work per week and level of experience. All billable hours such as report writing, travel time, etc. contribute towards KPI’s alongside therapy sessions.

Salary packaging options are available. Travel and first aid allowances are also provided to successful candidates.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.
