We are currently recruiting for a Training and Workshop Coordinator to join our Training and Workshop team. 

This role is conducted across our Campbellfield and Somerton sites. 

As a Training and Workshop Coordinator with Honda Australia Motorcycle and Power Equipment you will be responsible for coordinating and providing support to the training team and particularly the Honda Certified Technician (HCT) program through the provision of assistance in relation to online and face to face training activities. You will also provide administrative support to the Workshop.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Primary point of contact for Dealer Network enquiries relating to the Honda Certified Technician (HCT) program. 
  • Record keeping and database management. 
  • Analyse training data and report on training results, feedback, and other specific reports. 
  • Coordinate back-end training ‘Admin mode’ functions on Honda Online Learning Centre (HOLC) / Learning Management System (LMS) and provide first level support to front end users’ regarding HOLC / LMS.  Resolve and follow through with enquiries.
  • Assist with Department’s planning, forecasting and attend regular Department meetings.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional projects / materials for the Department, including but not limited to the production and distribution of documents, presentations, etc. 
  • Close off and reconcile all workshop repair orders and process related internal account invoices
  • Assist with other workshop admin tasks as required.


About You: 

  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently (unsupervised).
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all times and at all levels.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • You are flexible to work across both Campbellfield and Somerton sites
