With our growing client base, a position has become available on our full-time staff as a Crewing and Operations Coordinator. Based at our trendy offices in Waterloo, this role is pivotal to the success of our events.

 

The role:

Daily roster coordination for upcoming events, including updates and last minute changes

Liaise with 60+ casual employees for booking and scheduling

Maintain & foster strong relationships with casual crew

Coordinate and plan logistics with the team for 1000+ events per year

Prepare daily event briefs

Assist in crew hiring and preparing training initiatives for team members

Coordinate travel & accommodation for interstate and overseas productions

General office administration duties (including answering phones, managing uniform inventory, processing crew and supplier invoices)

Calendar Management

The ideal candidate will:

Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

Be able to multitask, prioritise and manage their time effectively

Be able to think on their feet and problem solve

Be able to stay calm and focused under pressure

Be proactive and take initiative

Have excellent telephone and written etiquette

Have a positive can-do attitude

Adapt well to change and challenges

Complete tasks efficiently and with care
 

Desirable:

Extensive knowledge of Simpson's quotes

Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)

Previous experience with Salesforce and Discord

Rostering

Logistics management
