We have 2 opportunities for Parts Interpreters to join our Parts Sales Team.

  • 1 X Permanent Full Time 
  • 1 X Maximum-Term basis for 12 months. 

As a Parts Interpreter with Honda Australia Motorcycle and Power Equipment you will be responsible for providing assistance to the National Dealer Network with the identification of Complete Built Unit (CBU) products and assist with the identification of market codes, correct colour codes, and replacement and accessories parts applicable to MPE models. Other major responsibilities will
include, performing stock verification and inspection enquiries and liaising with the Purchasing Department & Sales Support regarding ETA timing for dealer backorders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • All inquiries; handled in a professional and efficient manner ensuring satisfaction of end user.
  • Processing of Dealer parts returns as per KPIs.
  • Compile and produce parts, accessories and technical information for use by the National Dealer Network, and distribute.
  • Assist Retail Business Managers (RBM) & Territory Managers (TM) with replacement parts and accessories related inquiries.


About You:

We are looking for a courteous, well-mannered customer service professional with impeccable communication skills both written and verbal. You will be computer literate with prior experience working with SAP seen as advantageous but not essential. 

Familiarity with the Honda brand and our products both past and present is highly desirable.  Finally, you will possess a willingness to learn about all things parts and enjoy working in a supportive, collaborate environment.

Candidates with prior experience in a similar capacity or with a Parts Interpretation qualification are encouraged to apply.
