About the role 
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Manager Superannuation Fund Administration to lead  a small group of superannuation administration specialists who deliver services to our diverse client base. The Superannuation Administration Manager leads the team in delivering outstanding client service to a variety of clients through different processes catering to our clients. This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
 
Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the superannuation administration process including calculations, reconciliations and payment of pensions on a monthly basis
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to all members through written and verbal communications
  • Guide and lead the superannuation administrators to deliver accurate administration of all superannuation funds
  • Liaise with clients to ensure SLAs are managed.
  • Ensure compliance with all APRA requirements
  • Ensure all processes are documented and implemented with team members
  • Manage all compliance matters on behalf of the Funds administered to ensure that they meet all of the statutory and legal obligations
  • Manage the relationships with system providers and internal stakeholders
About you
 
You will have 5+ years superannuation administration experience in a client driven environment that required a high attention to detail. You will demonstrated a strong leadership background coupled with experience in delivering superior client service. You will have a detailed understanding of superannuation compliance and the full life cycle of administrating superannuation with experience in process development and improvement.
