4Logic have just embarked on the hunt for an experienced IT Support professional to join our Belmont team. We are looking for someone with proven technology experience working in the field, someone who is a safe pair of hands for our customer's IT difficulties and someone who has a passion for making customers happy. This full-time permanent role will see you responsible for supporting the technology environment of 4Logic customers.


  • The ability to provide technical phone and onsite support to our customers.
  • Desktop, server and application support within Microsoft AD, Exchange and O365 environments.
  • Occasional project team work to deploy solutions for customers.
  • Opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking, and other IT equipment.
  • Opportunities to be involved with account management, VOIP, technical presales contributions, and other areas.
  • Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess most, if not most of the following:

  • Competence in the effective management of customer relationships in a way that is both professional and upbeat
  • Exposure to ticketing systems
  • Stellar skills in Microsoft environments coupled with a good understanding of backup systems
  • Proven experience providing networking support, ideally in Cisco
  • Solid abilities in cable management
  • Great troubleshooting skills combined with calmness under pressure
  • Experience working with a Managed Service Providers (MPS) or similar time-based billing environment experience
  • Experience providing remote end user support
  • Experience working with Microsoft teams
  • ITIL Certification
  • Microsoft 365 Certification
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
