About The Role:

As e-Commerce & Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for all orders and customer service through the Mossman website. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsibility for the Mossman Online store powered by Shopify.
  • Pick, pack & dispatch online orders.
  • Answer customer e-mails and phone calls within a timely manner.
  • Processing returns.
  • Online store merchandising.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the Online store.
  • Identifying any errors/glitches and communicating this to the team.
  • Manage and analyse KPIs including conversion rate, items per transaction, average dollar per transaction etc.
  • Setting up of online promotions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong time management, organisation skills and initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A positive, bright and bubbly attitude.
