We are looking to recruit a full-time Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work side by side with our Commercial Property Manager and be mentored by our team, in all areas of property management. 

With no two days ever the same, you will thrive on multi tasking, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to ensure the portfolio runs smoothly. Your primary focus in this role will be on supporting the team and delivering exceptional service to our brilliant Landlords and Tenants.

As our Assistant Commercial Property Manager, your role will include:

  • Assist in the day to day management of a portfolio of approx. 150 quality properties
  • Providing a high level of customer service to our Landlords & Tenants
  • Assist with ingoing/outgoing property inspections and reports
  • Assist in coordinating property maintenance
  • Administration duties including preparing in-house lease agreements, managing agency agreements, heads of agreement, lease renewals, option letters and processing new managements.
  • Trust account receipting

About You 

  • Hold a Real Estate qualification or be prepared to fast track your study
  • You are highly organised
  • Well versed in brilliant customer service

The position is based in our Dean Street, Albury office with loads of car parking and is close to cafes, shops, the Botanical Gardens and Noureil Park. 

The role is offered full-time, Monday to Friday, however flexibility of days and hours can be offered to the right candidate. 

The role is perfect for those with a background in residential property management and/or experienced administrators looking for a new challenge within the property industry.
