Seeking a administration assistant to join our small team of 3 in a growing Accounting & Financial Services business located in the Sutherland Shire.

The employment position is casual & involves: 

  • Greet clients attending the office
  • Take over the phone payments
  • Print, scan, post, emailing of documents
  • Booking in new clients with Accountants
  • Mail collection - Po Box & office letter box
  • New client engagement & onboarding paperwork
  • General administrative support to accountants 
  • Respond to client general enquiries
  • Paying invoices & bills
  • Update clients' address, contact numbers etc in software when required
  • Stationary orders
  • Opportunities exist to expand skill set into Accounting, Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking & Property Buyers Agent services.

No accounting experience necessary however may assist with the role.

Administrative & office experience in similar professional services firm required.
