We are looking to fill a full time Administration Assistant role that provides support to the Brand Managers and Product Developers in the Birdsnest Design Team. You will be the ultimate team wingbird that will enjoy the diverse range of tasks and responsibilities outlined below.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
  • Data entry into our internal System (Sync)
  • Creation of Specification sheets for new styles
  • Updating Trello progress report and all orders cards management 
  • Creating Barcodes - artwork for offshore, local printing 
  • Posting parcels - local and overseas 
  • Maintaining Clothing Racks / Reference Room / Samples organisation 
  • Managing Shipment samples - measuring and recording 
  • Photoshoots Prep / assisting on photoshoots 
  • Support the warehouse with Quality Control when product issues arise 
  • Communicating with Onshore suppliers
  • Updating Spreadsheets + Google docs
  • Colour matching / Pantones 
  • Filing fabric swatches
  • Assistance with Dispatch when needed
The successful candidate criteria:
  • Attention to detail for data entry and administration 
  • Intermediate computer skills and confidence working across multiple computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to completion
  • Alignment with our Birdsong cultural values
