We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant/receptionist to join our boutique real estate agency in Kambah. Starting in the new year, we are seeking an experienced candidate with great customer service and administrative skills.

You will be responsible for the reception desk, managing phone calls, appointment setting, day-to-day administrative tasks, diary management and the like.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have professional and polite phone and written etiquette
  • Be highly organised and have strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work autonomously
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have an aptitude for learning and using technical customer relation software

Somebody with past administrative support or reception experience, or somebody that can demonstrate an affinity for administrative style work will suit this role. This role will not suit someone who lacks confidence with computers or answering and speaking professionally over the phone.
