About the opportunity

Working within the University Infrastructure team on the Corstorphine farm in Camden this is a unique opportunity to provide superior administration support to a busy and close-knit team. We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide general support, maintain records and respond to queries

Other responsibilities will include:

  • provide administrative and operational support to the work area
  • ensure high quality and efficient administrative support is provided to students, staff and visitors
  • coordinate diaries, meetings or events
  • maintain finance / accounting reports
  • respond to a range of enquiries via phone, email or in person

About you

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • numeracy skills with experience in controlling income/expenditure
  • strong problem-solving skills
