Caulfield Grammar School is seeking to appoint an Admissions Assistant based at the Caulfield Campus to provide administrative support to the Head of Admissions and to provide customer service to prospective families and students during the admissions process.
This is a permanent, part-time (0.6) position working in a supportive team environment.
Well-presented and with good communication skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail and competent knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office administration. Experience in processing the administrative duties associated with enrolments and familiarity to Synergetic database would be highly desirable.
