Thirsty work happens every day!!  We love to work hard, play hard, have fun and love coffee!  We have been quietly growing our family of cafes, bars and restaurants with our speciality coffee offer and we even have our very own brewery onsite at HQ too. 



Supported by your Sales Manager, you will be a valued member of our sales team looking after our coffee wholesale accounts.  As the Sales Accounts Manager you will be responsible for being the go to person for our existing customer base as well as proactively looking for new business opportunities.  

This is no ordinary coffee Account Manager position.  In this role you get to sell our fun and exciting liquor portfolio into our existing Customers and prospects.  With NPD across coffee and liquor launching every second month, there is always something new to talk about!

This is a full time position and the hours are, but not limited to 7:00am-3:30pm Monday to Friday.  From time to time there will be events that will require weekend and outside hours work as well as regional travel to visit Customers approximately 1-3 times per year.


Duties include but not limited to:

  • Relationship management and support to our existing Customers
  • New Business - growing our customer base, fielding enquiries and cold canvassing
  • Reaching KPI's for growth
  • Upselling and launching new NPD with our accounts
  • Cross-selling our liquor portfolio in coffee accounts /prospects where appropriate
  • Call cycle management / Customer Visits
  • Troubleshooting coffee machine issues
  • Organising installation of machinery
  • Integral team member between the Sales and Operations Team
  • Willingness to travel regionally when required


Have you got?

  • Previous sales experience in FMCG.  Previous Coffee experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid australian Drivers Licence
  • Ability to think laterally and work autonomously whilst also being a team player
  • Strong drive and ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Confident using a CRM system and on-time reporting on a regular basis
  • Excellent trade marketing / merchandising skills to ensure all of our Customers are on brand
  • Customer focused with an ability to manage activities to project deadlines in a logical manner
