About the Roles

Brick Lane is on the hunt for two passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our Sales team.  One to service Inner Melbourne and one to focus on Regional Victoria.

Our Sales Representatives are responsible for managing a territory of on premise and retail outlets. They manage existing and build new customer relationships, drive volume and value of our existing product range and present new exciting products to our valued customers. 

These roles require you to establish activations within the territory and manage promotional activity across your customer group. 

An important element of these roles is to plan, organise and participate in food, lifestyle and beer festivals and events (what a job hey?!) and actively promote and host beer education activities for our customers.

About You

You’ll bring your practical experience in Sales, along with genuine interest of finding solutions to drive Brick Lane’s customers businesses. You’ll have demonstrated motivation, be renowned for your customer service skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Field sales experience is essential. In depth knowledge of the customer base or experience in FMCG would be advantageous.

As part of a small and dynamic team, you are a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and deliver results.

Requirements

  • Current VIC Driver’s Licence and the right to work in Australia essential.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Cicerone Beer Server certifications are requirements of this role, however support will be provided to complete these certifications if not already held.
  • After hours and weekend work will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
