We are looking for a dynamic, fast paced and highly organised Administration Assistant in our Hobart office.

As the successful applicant, you will have experience in an Administrative Support/Assistant role and will be looking for a new challenge to further your career with advancement opportunities. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to multi-task and cope with tight deadlines and urgent placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Recruitment Consultant/s with all aspects of job placement, including phone calls with clients and doctors, paperwork and logistics.
  • Liaise with a wide range of agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure all requirements are met prior to commencement of a placement.
  • Update the Recruitment Consultant running sheet on the CRM system and update doctors files on a daily basis.
  • Comply with Your Doctor Jobs policies and procedures governing recruitment and other business processes.
  • Work with all recruiters and administration staff to achieve a consistently high performance in filling all positions.
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining operational systems relevant to Your Doctor Jobs.
  • Undertake related recruitment and organisational tasks as required by the Managing Director or Recruitment Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with all managers and consultants to maintain awareness of market activity, updates and trends.
  • Achieve the agreed goals as per the Your Doctor Jobs Business plan.

This role offers a competitive salary of between 45K and 55K depending on expereince.  The hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and we can also offer flexible working arrangments to the right candidate plus we offer a friendly and supportive work environment and great team rewards.
