Beyond NLP Coaching is a small, local company that offers therapy and hypnotherapy to clients, as well as training/coaching/workshops to students. We are in need of a new recruit to help with ongoing reception and general office duties. We are looking for a fun, energetic person with a bubbly personality to lighten the space and make a comfortable environment for visiting clients.

The role is permanent part-time and due to commence immediately. Hours of work will be Tuesdays 9:30am to 6:30pm, Wednesdays 9:30am to 2:30pm, and Thursdays 9:30am to 2:30pm. These hours and days can't be changed, however they may eventually grow to suit the needs of the company, so flexibility would be advantageous.

Computer literacy is a MUST, as you will be required to use various programs, such as Outlook, Word and Powerpoint from the very first day, so you will be expected to already be confident using these. Duties will involve greeting clients, making bookings, taking payments and general office duties such as drafting letters, filing, designing brochures etc. You will also be required to do some advertising on social media, help with advertising and other branding, so creativity and familiarity with online platforms would be highly regarded.

Experience with NLP is not essential, however it would be beneficial if you have some understanding of NLP, Time Line Therapy and hypnotherapy in order to help with advertising and fielding client questions. More information about these therapies can be found on our website

If this role is perfect for you and you believe you would be the right fit, please don't call, instead please apply through seek, and we will be in contact with potential candidates within the week. In your cover letter you should outline your experience working in a similar role and/or your use of the computer programs mentioned.
