We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our Contact Centre team responding to inbound calls, chat and emails from our community - residents, businesses and visitors.

Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing high quality, efficient and friendly services, accurate advice, information and access to the City's services and facilities.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive on not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations.

The successful applicants will have great communication skills and at least three years' experience of working within a contact centre customer service environment, highly developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to write in Plain English, with an excellent knowledge of punctuation and grammar.

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate patience and understanding of customer needs, have good computer literacy skills, understand the expectations of working in a contact centre answering calls, responding to inbound chat and email, consistently meet or exceed their KPIs and has excellent schedule adherence.

A comprehensive induction and training program will be provided and you will receive ongoing coaching and mentoring in a supportive and a progressive environment.
