Role: Administration/Customer Service
We are a busy and expanding flooring distribution company seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, organised and friendly customer service person to support our team. We are offering a Full Time role Monday- Friday.
The ideal candidate should have a good attitude towards work and experience of working within an office. Experience using Ostendo will be an advantage.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers and resolving queries by telephone and email such as stock checks
- Order Processing/Data Entry
- Booking Transport
- Liaising with warehouse staff with any special instructions with orders or delivery requests
- Answering general enquiries via phone
- Other related duties as required
Requirements for job:
- Good knowledge and experience using Ostendo will be a huge advantage
- Good numerical skills
- Accurate data entry and have attention to detail
- Confident, patient telephone manner
- Be able to work well within a small team
- This is a very busy role and time management skills are essential
Role will be Monday-Friday: 8.30am-5.00pm
