Do we have a great opportunity for U!!! This unique part-time position for genU’s Food services department does not come around often.

About the Role

The Administration Assistant is expected to provide a high level of account and administration support. Helping customers with their catering orders liaising with the kitchen and supporting our crew members to be the best they can be.

genU Food Services is a fast paced and diverse environment so to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate job maturity and a calm disposition. 

You must be able to maintain relationships with all stakeholders, meet deadlines and ensure the output of work is of the highest standards at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have:

  • Cert III in Administration or Business Studies and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Directions from Victoria’s Chief Health Officer require all Victorian-based workers to have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 22 October 2021 and to be fully vaccinated by 26 November 2021, unless they are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions. All applicants must therefore be able to comply with this requirement
