Opportunity for an enthusiastic customer service champion to work with a large successful organisation

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for customer account advisors for a large sports betting organisation.

Your new role You will be working in their call centre taking calls from clients assisting and supporting them to place bets online

You will be responsible for the following

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Meeting KPI's

What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong, proven customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent numerical reasoning, particularly with converting fractions to decimals, adding, subtracting and understanding percentages.
  • Sporting knowledge and understanding would be highly desirable
  • Must be willing to work in a high-pressure environment and be career driven.
  • Long-term commitment to the role and to Darwin is a must
  • Must have full working rights
