About the Position

Anglicare’s Gold Coast Community Aged & Disability service offers a range of supports and assistance to a variety of local residents, including help at home, social inclusion, and community connectedness. 

Anglicare is growing! To help further support or team we are currently looking for both Full-Time &  Part Administration Officer roles to support our Gold Coast teams.

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic worker with strong administration skills and a “can-do” attitude.  Further experience will include:
  • Experience in administration 
  • Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environment
  • Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team
  • Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
The following would be an advantage but happy to train the right person
  • Knowledge of Procura software
  • Payroll data entry & invoice coding experience
  • Car fleet management 
  • Experience working in a Community Care, Aged Care, or Health background in an administration capacity

To be successful you will be required to hold a National Police Certificate, Current COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate and a Queensland Driver Licence.

A Certificate III in Business Administration would be beneficial but more important is your attitude and willingness to learn.
