My Hobart Home – Buyers Agents is a boutique buyers agency based in Hobart, Tasmania.  We specialise in assisting local and interstate buyers in all aspects of their Hobart property search; including searching, inspection, analysis, negotiation, and post sales service to ensure a stress-free property experience.

Since our establishment in early 2020 we have assisted dozens of buyers. We have generated strong brand awareness, a reputation as a market leader and quality online reviews

My Hobart Home are looking for another buyer’s agent to work alongside the Director and to assist in growing the business.

 

The Role

This role requires you to be pro-active and provide buyers with assistance throughout the whole buying process to create a stress free and pleasant buying experience.  You will need to uphold strong market knowledge and use your network to provide your clients with an advantage.

You will be required to follow up and convert leads.  You will support buyers in their quest to purchase property, including hunting for new and upcoming listings, attending inspections, reporting on suitable properties, conducting research and analysis to determine likely value, assist in offer submission and negotiation and any other tasks required to help your clients secure their perfect property.

This role does require a pro-active and driven individual who can work autonomously.  You will need excellent time management and communication skills.

 

Required Qualifications

A current Tasmanian Property Representative Licence or Real Estate Agents Licence is a must for this role.  A full driver’s license is also essential.  Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.

 

Hours

For the right candidate, part time and full-time options are available. Flexible working hours and location of work (i.e. office or home) can also be discussed.

 

Why work for us?

In return you will be remunerated with a base salary, in addition to phone and vehicle allowances.  You will also be paid generous bonus commissions for each successful purchase/settlement, with no cap on the amount of commission you can earn. A package exceeding $100k can realistically be achieved with the potential for far greater earnings after you’ve settled into the role / established yourself in the marketplace.

My Hobart Home – Buyers Agents has created a strong online presence and network of referrals. This has ensured a healthy supply of warm leads that you will be able to prospect and convert.  Ongoing support will be provided by the Director to assist and guide you in your role.  KPI’s will be set to ensure you contribute to the growth of the company and generous commission payments will ensure you are well rewarded for your efforts.
