• Study for an accredited qualification: Certificate III in Information Technology

The ICT Support Desk Trainee primarily focuses on the needs of and support to College teachers and students in the areas of Information Technology and Communication.  The ICT Support Desk Trainee is not expected to have significant prior knowledge of ICT but must have a willingness to learn and engage, a friendly and helpful approach to others, and good communication skills. 

  • Assist with IT systems
  • Assist with the delivery of programs and services
  • Client and customer relations
  • General maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Respond to customer service enquiries
  • General administrative support
